About our Policies:

Check In:  after 3:00 pm; please advise if you will be arriving late or early
Check Out: 11:00 am; arrangements can be made for late check-outs

• For our guests' comfort.... smoking & pets are restricted to the outdoors

• Spacious outdoor kennel on-site

• Hunters and families with children are most welcome

• A roll-away cot (single) and an infant's travel playpen are available upon request

• Fluently bilingual in English & French

• Continental Breakfast Options:  a large assortment of 'fixins' left for you to prepare and 
  enjoy at your leisure or for longer stays.....  a self-hosted light housekeeping option is available

Reservations & Cancellations:

• Two night minimum stay preferred during July & August and 3 nights on all holiday weekends

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit within 7 days of making booking arrangements

• Credit card deposits can be taken by phone when booking

• While we prefer credit card deposits, you may send a cheque deposit as long as it is received within 7 days of booking

- Minimum 1 night deposit for shorter stays (1-4 nights)
- If you are staying 5-10 nights, there is a 2 night deposit requirement
- If you are saying 10-15 nights, there is a 3 night deposit requirement

• Reservation deposits are refundable with a 10% cancellation fee

• Notice of cancellation must be received 2 weeks prior to first night of reservation

• Complete deposit will be retained if insufficient cancellation notice is given

• Cash - Visa - MasterCard accepted
